Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions under which users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) may use the application “Stokki” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).
By installing or using the App, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all matters related to the use of the App by Users.

The developer may modify these Terms without prior notice. If a User continues to use the App after any changes, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 2 (Disclaimer)

The App is a tool designed to store and display information entered by Users. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any recorded information.

The developer bears no responsibility for any accidents, damages, or losses arising from DIY, repairs, replacements, or any other actions performed by Users based on the information registered in the App.

Data may be lost due to device failure, OS updates, App malfunctions, or deletion of the App. The developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. Users shall use the App at their own discretion and responsibility.
Article 3 (Operating Environment and Limitations)

Although the developer has verified the operation of the App, there is no guarantee that it will function properly on all devices or in all environments.

The App may cease to function properly due to future OS updates or changes in device specifications.
Article 4 (Ownership of Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the App and its associated content belong to the developer or the rightful owner.

Users may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.Commercial use or redistribution of the App is strictly prohibited.
Article 5 (Changes or Termination of Service)

The developer may, without prior notice to Users, change the contents of the App or discontinue its provision at any time.

The developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of such termination or modification.
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the developer shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
