This Privacy Policy describes how user data is handled in the application “Stokki” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

The App operates entirely on the user’s device — no data is sent to any server or stored in the cloud.

 

Article 1 (Types of Data Collected)

1. User Input Data: Part names, categories, quantities, sizes, storage locations, descriptions, photos, and creation/update timestamps (all stored locally on the device).

2. Device Information: The App does not collect any device identifiers, location data, contacts, microphone input, or similar information.

3. Usage / Analytics: The App does not send access analytics, advertising IDs, behavioral logs, or crash reports.

Article 2 (Purpose of Data Use)

1. Feature Provision: To enable the App’s basic functions such as item registration, display, search, photo attachments, and optimization.

2. Inquiry Support: Information provided through the contact form is used only to respond to inquiries and provide user support.

Article 3 (Storage Method and Retention Period)

 

1. Storage Location: Text data is stored in the device’s local storage (AsyncStorage), and photos are stored in the App’s dedicated folder.

2. Retention Period: Data remains on the device until the user deletes it or uninstalls the App.Unreferenced images may be deleted through the optimization feature.

3. Backups: No server-side backups are created. Data may be lost due to device failure, OS updates, or App deletion.

 

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

1. Data Sharing: The App does not share user-input data with any third parties.

2. External Communication: The App may download code updates (via OTA distribution), but no user-input data is transmitted in this process.

Article 5 (Device Permissions)

1. Camera: Used to take photos of items.Photo Library: Used to select existing images from the device.

2. Permissions are only enabled with the user’s explicit consent and can be changed anytime in the device’s system settings.

 

Article 6 (User Rights)

1. Viewing / Editing / Deletion: Users can view, edit, and delete registered data within the App.

2. Revoking Permissions: Camera and photo access can be disabled through device settings.

3. Data Erasure: All locally stored data will be deleted upon uninstalling the App.

 

Article 7 (Security)

 

1. All data entered by users is stored securely within the App’s sandbox environment and is never transmitted externally. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.Users are encouraged to enable device security features such as passcodes or biometric authentication.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

1. This policy may be revised without prior notice.By continuing to use the App after any changes, users are deemed to have agreed to the updated policy.
